Judge & Priestley receives Lexcel Practice Management Standard
Judge & Priestley LLP Solicitors is delighted to announce that we have been accredited with the highly prized Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
Judge & Priestley is one of only a handful of Solicitors in the Bromley area to achieve Lexcel status and the award is acknowledgement of the first class service that clients can expect to receive from the firm.
The award follows in-depth assessments carried out over several months by independent bodies to ensure the firm meets the high standards expected by the Law Society’s Practice Management Standard.
Steve Taylor, Managing Partner of Judge & Priestley, says “The achievement of the Lexcel quality mark shows our commitment to continually improve our offering to clients. As a pro-active firm of Solicitors we are constantly examining ways to expand and develop the services we provide and work hard to ensure that we offer the best possible service. This Lexcel accreditation is recognition of the efforts we make in order to provide high quality legal advice and customer care to our clients.”
What is Lexcel?
Lexcel is the Law Society's practice management standard. It is a scheme for any type of practice to certify that certain standards have been met following independent assessment. The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
