The CSA is the UK’s only national trade body for the debt collection and debt purchase industry. It provides guidance, resources, industry updates and support to more than 400 members.

One of the primary roles of the CSA is to ensure all members conduct business in a compliant and ethical manner and treat their customers fairly.

Members collectively deal with more than 6 million households on a daily basis and as a result of collaboration through the CSA together they can ensure greater consistency across the industry.

This exciting news for J&P follows another recent development for the business in becoming a UK representative and agent of the TCM Group – a global network of debt collection providers.​
