Mark has over 25 years experience in pre-legal debt collections, across both consumer and commercial markets and joined Judge & Priestley in 2016.

Experience

Mark was appointed to the newly created role of Director of Collections in 2016, with the brief to extend the J&P Credit Solutions service to offer a market leading bulk pre-legal collections capacity across both regulated and unregulated debt types.

Mark has extensive experience within the finance and utilities industries and was previously owner and CEO of award-winning debt collection agency Empingham Ltd before it was acquired in 2014.

Mark prides himself on building long-term client relationships and works closely with his clients to maximise their returns in a compliant and professional manner and has built a reputation of providing excellent performance and service levels.

Mark seeks to combine J&P’s knowledge base of pre-legal collections with our expertise in post litigation services to bring an exciting offer to the market.

Recent Highlights

Under Marks guidance, J&P Credit Solutions has incorporated state of the art technology, data analytics and staff training programmes to establish a market leading pre-legal collections team that is making significant customer gains, notably in the Utilities sector.

J&P Credit Solutions is now on the collections panel of several major UK utility businesses and can offer a strong pre-legal offering in addition to the already excellent reputation of our legal recovery capabilities.

Outside of work

Mark has a keen interest in all sport and likes to get out on the golf course whenever possible.

Mark is also a family man and enjoys entertaining family, friends and clients alike.
