We understand that the effective recovery of debts begins with a well trained internal credit control team. We regularly provide training to our clients so that their credit control teams fully understand the recovery process and can therefore deal more effectively with default payers and work with us on cases where we are instructed.
Our training covers both the procedures for recovering debt as well as specialist training in the areas of law that may be relevant to a particular debt type and is tailored to each client’s particular requirements.
