Louise Thomas

Louise joined Judge & Priestley Credit Solutions in January 2017 and works as a Collections Team Manager within the Collections department.

Experience

Louise began her career at Judge & Priestley as an Account Manager, where she developed expert knowledge of utilities and goods and services debt within the debt recovery sector.

In 2019, she was promoted to Collections Team Leader, initially leading part of a large utilities debt team before moving on to goods and services matters. In this role, she continued to build and share her expertise across a wide range of debt types.

In 2021, Louise was promoted to Collections Team Manager. More recently, she has expanded her remit by assisting with the management of the Claims and Enforcement team, further developing her knowledge of bulk legal cases and enforcement processes.

Outside of Work

Louise enjoys travelling and learning about different places and cultures around the world. She also loves cooking, reading and spending time with her husband. An animal lover, Louise has two cats and a turtle.
