Pricing for our largest clients is individually negotiated based on the volume of cases involved and the specifics of the bespoke service offering required. The details will be agreed ahead of any contract commencement.

To that end we are often happy to consider realistic proposals to negotiate Conditional Fee Agreement pricing structures to ensure that our fees are fair and aligned with the outcome of our actions and advice. By sharing the risk of recovering your debt, the onus is clearly on us to minimise your exposure to unsuccessful outcomes and to give you certainty on your potential legal costs.
