Commitment to Social Responsibility

As a progressive legal practice, we have long been aware of our wider responsibilities to the communities that we work in and serve. Though we have a history of local community involvement, our commitment to adding social value has been formalised in recent years through the formation of two key committees, one covering Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the other Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). The aims of these bodies are to set, quantify and measure our increasing commitments across the broad spectrum of policies encompassed by CSR and DE&I. Additional Services

For our largest clients we are always prepared to consider and negotiate complimentary additional added value services. Examples of these include:

Training Sessions for your in-house staff – We would agree an annual or more ad hoc training program, including required topics and scheduled sessions, subject to levels of business given to our teams.
Legal Updates – We can provide updates on legal developments, including key case updates and procedural updates etc.
Precedent Review – We would be happy to review your internal engagement material to customers who were set to be escalated for third party or legal action.
Job Shadowing – We have set up days where our team members visit your offices to get a better understanding of your processes. Equally we would welcome your staff to come and spend time shadowing members from our Collections, Claims and Enforcement and CS Litigation teams, so they can understand how we operate.
