Added Value Services

We are aware of the constant and seemingly ever increasing financial pressures that public sector teams are having to operate under, and always endeavour to support them through the supply of, often bespoke, added value services.

These can take many formats but can include legal updating services, reviews of documentation wording and document templates and training seminars and networking events for your staff for example.

We can also offer debt buster days where our staff visit your in-house team to review, analyse and ultimately prioritise outstanding debt matters based on the scale and the likelihood of successful recoveries being made. These sessions can also now be conducted virtually.

Several of our partners also sit on debt review bodies with public sector clients on an on-going basis, acting as an expert consultant and again helping them to assess risk versus likely returns and to prioritise their case load accordingly.

We also regularly support professional bodies for public sector debt recovery officials through sponsorship and attendance at events such as the Local Authority Civil Enforcement Forum (LACEF) conference and the London and South East Credit Circle (LSECC) for example.
