Pricing for our largest clients is individually negotiated based on the volume of cases involved and the specifics of the bespoke service offering required. This will be agreed ahead of any contract commencement.

At J&P Credit Solutions however we understand the cost pressures that all clients are under nowadays and are happy with the concept that we should only be rewarded when we succeed for our clients.

To that end we are often happy to be flexible and consider pricing structures which ensure that our fees are fair and aligned with the outcome of our actions and advice. By sharing the risk of recovering your debt, the onus is clearly on us to minimise your exposure to unsuccessful outcomes and to give you certainty on your potential legal costs.
