Supported by our bespoke case management system, the team successfully manage large volumes of matters at different stages including pre-action correspondence, issuing claims, obtaining default judgment and carrying out various enforcement actions. In addition, as a feature of their work they routinely manage payment arrangements and deal with settlement negotiations.

The team includes specialist officers who focus primarily on utility debts and have worked with a number of our clients to design cost effective approaches to bulk routine litigation, particularly against customers that sit in the SME space and have moderate uses, with low to medium level commercial debts.
