Case Management

All our cases are managed through our bespoke case management system called VisualFiles (VF), which operates by setting up a series of flow paths, enabling us to manage your files efficiently and securely. The system allows us to effectively progress bulk volume cases, as well as providing us with the flexibility to deal with unique cases that require a more individualised approach.

An essential cornerstone of our system is that it provides you with complete transparency through secure online access. Our system provides you with 24/7 real time access to your files, allowing you to scrutinise at any stage the steps we have taken.

Data Security

The security of your data is of course paramount. Cases can be reviewed by your team via the online facility using secure individual usernames and passwords. Each user can therefore have their access tailored to specific matters or debt types for example. The unique individual user access means our system is able to keep an accurate and reliable record of any person that logs into a matter and the action they take.

Our systems are accredited with ISO27001 (Data Security) and Cyber Essentials Plus and are regularly externally audited and tested to retain these security standards.

Management Information

Our system enables us to provide you with bespoke management information reports, to ensure we meet any agreed Service level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Artificial Intelligence

We recognise the need to embrace the potential opportunities that AI can deliver. We believe its effective use will allow us to both improve productivity and help us to continue to keep the services we deliver to you cost effective.

We are currently engaging in some proof of concepts utilising AI which we hope will lead to trial solutions in the near future.
