On May 1st 2016 J&P Credit Solutions was granted the license to operate as an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
This newly assigned status applies to both the J&P Credit Solutions division, as well as the wider firm, Judge & Priestley Solicitors.
As an Alternative Business Structure we are now able to give recognition to and appoint non-lawyers as managers, partners or owners of the firm. As a result, Mr Robert Davis and Mr Mark Younger are now officially recognised as Partners of Judge & Priestley LLP.
This fundamental change is a key part of our strategic plan for sustained future growth and development. We wish to retain and attract highly skilled individuals to ensure we continue to drive the business forward. In doing so, we’re able to position ourselves as a strong competitor with a wider service offering at more competitive prices.
