Donna joined J&P Credit Solutions in October 2016.
Donna initially commenced her career as a debt recovery assistant within a firm of Solicitors in Kent, where she quickly progressed to managing the department. She later pursued her studies with the Chartered institute of Legal Executives.
Donna has specialised in Property Litigation for a period of 15 years, offering her banking clients a variety of bespoke lending solutions including secured debt litigation in possession proceedings, shortfall sale litigation and buy to let LPA receivership landlord and tenant litigation.
Donna has over 25 years’ experience in debt recovery litigation, in both fee earner and department managerial roles. Her portfolio of clients have included large well known and well regarded corporations and banking institutions, and LPA Receivers. Donna also has experience in general, unsecured debt recovery litigation, including fast-track and multi-track defended actions.
Donna is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives

Donna has an interesting and varied caseload of defended litigation matters acting on behalf of local authorities, large corporations, equity loan lenders, small and medium sized companies. Namely:
- Secured and unsecured litigation files
- Order for Sales cases
- Local Authority recovery under the Care Act
- Estate debt recovery
Outside of work
Donna has an interest in property development and landscape gardening. She enjoys fishing and horse riding and has an eclectic taste in music. She is a founder member of a large local social group and a supporter of an amateur drama group, which she occasionally helps with set building, painting and decorating.
