Storm Lee joined the firm in 2007 and manages the Pre-Litigation team.
Before joining the firm, Storm started her career making recoveries on purchased consumer debt and outstanding vehicle finance.
Due to significant growth in our pre-legal operations, Storm is now a Client Manager for the area, working closely alongside the Director of Collections and Collections Performance Manager.
Storm is a key link for collections clients, providing oversight of contracts, assisting with day-to-day queries, producing bespoke MI, and attending regular update meetings, as well as frequently assisting in training clients’ in-house credit control teams in how they can maximise their internal collections.
Her team comprises ten people including seven account managers, two administrative personnel and one legal collections account manager who seek to recover debt by means of letter and telephone communication.
Storm oversees all aspects of collections and constantly monitors performance standards. Key commercial clients include leading finance, publishing, utility and security companies. Storm has specific experience in working on behalf of student loan providers and other regulated debt streams.
For some clients Storm and her team are considered an extension to their in-house credit control team. They have integrated access to some clients' internal systems and so they can offer a complete collections process from start to finish.
