J&P Credit Solutions exhibited at this year’s Credit & Collections Conference hosted by the Credit Services Association. The event, which took place at the Hilton Hotel in Wembley on the 14th and 15th of September, attracted key decision makers from a range of market sectors including finance, utilities, telecoms and local authorities.
Our team, comprising Rachel Addai (Partner), Carmen Abela (Client Manager) and Andrew Lloyd (Business Development Manager) showcased our wealth of expertise in the field of debt recovery. It was a great opportunity to network with other professionals in the industry and discuss the changing landscape of collections.
Congratulations to the organisers from the CSA for putting together such a comprehensive programme of presentations and panel debates. From Andrew Neil’s introductory speech, to the close of the panel session on “Vulnerable customers, mental health and debt collection” the delegates were provided with a wealth of informative, thought provoking and challenging presentations to absorb and debate at the networking break-outs.
Rachel Addai, a partner of the firm, gave a short presentation demonstrating our knowledge and capability whilst drawing links between debt recovery and football – it was very fitting given the location of the event and certainly sparked interest.
