Adam joined Judge & Priestley in 2018 and is currently training as a Chartered Legal Executive, and is expected to qualify in 2021 with the view of cross-qualifying as a Solicitor.

Experience

After graduating, Adam initially commenced training as an Underwriter and claims handler before moving into the Litigation department of an international insurance company, dealing with an extensive portfolio of complex road traffic accident claims on behalf of both the Claimant and Defendant.

Since joining Judge & Priestley, Adam has acted for, and continues to act for, a range of clients dealing with the recovery of a wide range of debt types with complex commercial disputes. Adam has a caseload of matters focusing on commercial contractual disputes (supply of goods and services), the recovery of council tax and benefit overpayments, leasehold service charge disputes, consumer credit debts, and disputes arising from the provision of utilities.

Adam also has experience in dealing with probate matters on behalf of local authority clients.

Memberships

Adam is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Outside of Work

Adam enjoys watching and playing sport, and has played Rugby at National League level. Adam is currently training for the upcoming London Triathlon.
